After yesterday’s Health Care Summit hosted by President Obama, I don’t think anything changed, but did we expect it to? American’s were given a show. Neither of the main parties showed themselves to be more cooperative than the other.
It’s no wonder that the American public is tired of the games being played. We elect our officials to be adults and to represent us with dignity and integrity. What we are given is a bunch of adults that act like children and are representing their own interests or those of their financial supporters. Until the American voter votes out encumbents and elects new leadership, we won’t have a chance at real change which was sold to the majority of the voters the last major election … and they bought it.
Let our government representatives fix what is broken currently with our system/processes and then maybe we can start to trust them with larger issues.
